The terms that apply when you use wirey.online, join the waitlist or use Wirey in early access.
About these terms
These terms apply to wirey.online and to Wirey during early access. By using the site, joining the waitlist or creating an account you agree to them. If you use Wirey for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
Early access
Wirey is in development. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
Credits
New workspaces can receive $50 in credits to try Wirey. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may expire. We will publish the details of credits and paid plans before they apply to you.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Wirey to break the law, to contact people without a lawful basis, to infringe anyone’s rights, to send spam, or to probe, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Your content and approvals
You keep ownership of the content and data you bring to Wirey. You give us the rights needed to process it to provide the service to you. Wirey proposes changes such as messages, issues and pull requests; you decide what to approve and ship, and you are responsible for reviewing it.
Our service
Wirey, its software, design and brand belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service. Third-party tools you connect are governed by their own terms.
No warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using Wirey and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other users.
