How Wirey collects, uses and protects personal data on wirey.online and in early access, and how to exercise your rights under the GDPR.
Who we are
Wirey (“Wirey”, “we”, “us”) is the AI product teammate built by Mykyta Syvash. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at mykytasyvash@gmail.com.
What we collect
Waitlist. When you join the waitlist we store your email address and, if you give them, your role, your company name, your product URL and the page you signed up from.
Accounts. Once accounts open, we will store your email address and the account details needed to authenticate you.
Demo bookings and emails. If you book a demo or write to us, we receive the details you send. Demo bookings are handled by Cal.com.
We use PostHog analytics on the marketing site to see which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. If you join the waitlist, PostHog also stores your email with that activity. PostHog stores this data in the EU. If you accept analytics cookies, PostHog also sets a first-party cookie to recognise return visits. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use your data to manage the waitlist and invite you to early access (based on your consent), to measure how the site is used (cookies only with your consent), to provide your account once accounts open (to perform our contract with you), and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data.
Who processes it for us
We rely on a small number of providers: Supabase (the waitlist database, and authentication once accounts open, hosted in the EU), Vercel (hosting), Google Fonts (web fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads), PostHog (website analytics and the waitlist, hosted in the EU) and Cal.com (demo scheduling). Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Once workspaces open, Wirey will only access the tools and channels you connect and approve, such as selected Slack channels, a GitHub repository, analytics or design files. You can remove access at any time. We will publish the detailed terms for processing workspace data before workspaces open.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until you ask us to remove it or we stop running the waitlist. Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted after you close it, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to mykytasyvash@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in France this is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
We ask before setting analytics cookies. If you click Accept, PostHog sets a first-party cookie to recognise return visits. If you click Decline or do not choose, PostHog counts the visit without cookies or other storage on your device. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Changes
